My Cozy Blue Bedroom Rug
For a few months, we’ve been living with our mattress directly on the floor. (Ya know, like high-functioning adults.)
Over the weekend, we decided to finally lay the rug that has been sitting wrapped up in the corner of the room and Holy Cannoli does it feel like a totally different space! Neil looked around and said to me, “Do adults live here?” Ha!
The gorgeous ivory and blue tones are exactly what I was looking for. Plus, it’s 100% wool which is great for adding that cozy plush feeling in a bedroom.
I pinned the rug a while ago and knew I needed to incorporate it somehow into my new apartment. ( I can’t wait to show you my overall vision for my bedroom on Instagram. ) It comes in a rusty reddish-orange too. I wish I had another space that needed a similar rug vibe because I’d shamelessly buy it for every room in my house.
